Meet our Directors

Stephanie is an educational professional with nearly two decades of teaching and administrative experience in New York City and New Jersey schools.  She is passionate about education and has developed and implemented curricula in nearly all subject areas. After becoming a mom, she embarked on her homeschooling journey, seeking to preserve childhood while providing immersive real world experiences that are both fun and enriching.  Stephanie believes that children of all ages learn best when all their senses are engaged and they can see the interconnectedness of each discipline.

Marilyn has been working with children since graduating high school.  She has worked in daycare and preschool settings and has experience teaching Awana classes.  After deciding to give her son a homeschool education, she immersed herself in homeschooling by running two homeschool websites, teaching at multiple co-ops for children of all ages, and teaching other homeschooled students via zoom and in-person.  Marilyn believes an interdisciplinary education is integral to a child's development and that being in nature is one of the best gifts you can give your child.
